Sarah-Jane Spencer

In the past I attended the Centre when it was Ellen Wilkinson Children’s Centre, as a parent with my own two children, once they started school I wanted something to do, so I became a volunteer. I really enjoyed helping out at the Children's Centre in sessions such as Messy Play and Stay & Play.  In October 2015 an opportunity came up for a reception position at the Centre under the apprenticeship scheme, I was offered this opportunity and I have now completed a Level 2 Business Administration qualification.  I still enjoy helping out in the sessions when I can, and you will often see me face painting on Fun Days and at other events offered by the Children's Centre.
